At URIEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and URIEL tags are securely attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
